The Aldren & Rowe Promise
Our guarantee is built around four principles: clearly described products, a fair return process, a real warranty and support when you need it.
1. Accurate Product Information
Materials and construction vary by style. The details that apply to each shoe are stated on its product page, and we do not assume that every model uses the same materials. If a product differs materially from its description, your consumer rights remain protected.
2. 1-Year Warranty
Eligible Aldren & Rowe footwear is covered by a 1-year warranty against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship. To make a claim, email support@aldrenrowe.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Where a qualifying defect is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair where appropriate, a refund or another agreed solution. The warranty does not normally cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alterations. Nothing in this warranty limits statutory consumer rights.
3. Fit & Returns
Each product page includes a size guide with UK, EU and US sizes. We recommend trying footwear indoors on a clean, soft surface until you are confident with the fit.
30-day returns on eligible purchases, with return shipping covered by Aldren & Rowe for approved returns. 14-day exchanges, subject to availability. Full conditions are in our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Delivery
Free Standard UK Delivery on eligible orders. Processing takes 1–3 business days and transit approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch. Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partners and may be dispatched from facilities outside the UK. For eligible UK orders, VAT is included and no import fees should be charged on delivery.
Secure Checkout
Our checkout is powered by Shopify and supported payment providers. The payment methods shown at checkout are those available for that transaction. We do not receive or store your complete card number or security code.
