Free UK Delivery
Eligible UK orders include Free Standard UK Delivery. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch. Orders may be dispatched from fulfilment facilities outside the UK. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
VAT Included, No Import Fees on Delivery
For eligible UK orders, VAT is included in the price charged to you and our fulfilment arrangement is structured so that you should not be asked to pay import fees on delivery. If a carrier requests an import-related charge, contact us before paying.
30-Day Returns and 14-Day Exchanges
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery and exchanged within 14 days, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. For approved returns, Aldren & Rowe covers the applicable return shipping cost.
