By accessing our website, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy and any other policies made available on our website.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

2. About Our Online Store
Aldren & Rowe sells men's footwear and related accessories through our online store.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform and checkout infrastructure used to process orders.
We may use third-party fulfilment, payment, logistics and service providers to operate the store and fulfil customer orders.
Products may be dispatched from different fulfilment facilities depending on inventory availability, destination and logistics routing.
3. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- the information you provide is accurate and complete;
- you are authorised to use the payment method submitted;
- the order is being placed for lawful purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, payment verification, inventory issues or legal compliance.
4. Product Information
We aim to describe our products as accurately and clearly as possible.
Product pages may contain information relating to:
- materials;
- construction;
- dimensions;
- sizes;
- colours;
- fit;
- design features;
- care instructions;
- product images.
Minor variations may occur because of differences in screen displays, lighting, photography, materials or manufacturing processes.
Such minor variations do not affect rights available where a product is materially different from its description, defective or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer requirements.
UK consumers have statutory rights requiring goods to be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. These rights cannot be removed by these Terms.
5. Sizing and Fit
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before completing an order.
We provide sizing information and size guides to help customers make an informed decision.
Because fit can vary depending on foot shape, shoe construction and personal preference, sizing guidance is intended as a helpful reference rather than an absolute guarantee of fit.
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
We recommend trying footwear indoors on a clean, soft surface until you are satisfied with the fit.
6. Prices
The price displayed on the product page or checkout at the time the order is placed is the price applicable to that order, unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.
For UK customers, prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Where our store states that VAT is included:
Applicable VAT is included in the displayed price.
For eligible UK orders, our fulfilment arrangement is intended to ensure that customers are not charged additional import fees on delivery.
We do not intentionally impose undisclosed charges after checkout.
7. Promotional Pricing and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, multi-buy discounts, gifts or other incentives.
Promotions may:
- apply only to selected products;
- apply only to selected sizes;
- apply for a limited time;
- depend on available stock;
- require a minimum quantity;
- be subject to other clearly stated conditions.
Our current Black November promotion offers our Black Friday prices throughout November: a multi-buy discount applied automatically at checkout to the whole order, until 30 November 2026.
We reserve the right to end, modify or extend a promotion where permitted by law, provided this does not affect orders already validly accepted.
8. Multi-Buy Discounts
Where available, our multi-buy promotion may include:
2 pairs — 20% off your order
3 pairs — 25% off your order
4 or more pairs — 30% off your order
The applicable discount and eligibility conditions will be shown on the website or during checkout.
Discounts may apply only to qualifying footwear and may exclude complimentary items, gift products or other products specifically identified as excluded.
The discount displayed at checkout determines the applicable promotional amount for the order.
9. Complimentary Products
Certain qualifying orders may include complimentary products such as:
Cedar Shoe Trees
Complimentary products may:
- be subject to availability;
- be limited to one per qualifying order;
- be shipped separately;
- have no independent cash value.
If a full qualifying order is returned, we may request that any complimentary promotional product included with that order also be returned where reasonably possible.
A promotional gift does not reduce or restrict the customer's legal rights relating to purchased goods.
10. Payment Methods
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Depending on the customer's location, currency, device and eligibility, payment methods may include cards, digital wallets or other payment services supported by Shopify or our payment providers.
A payment method appearing on another part of the website is not guaranteed to be available for every customer or transaction.
The payment options shown at checkout are the methods currently available for that specific order.
11. Payment Authorisation
By submitting payment information, you authorise the relevant payment provider to process the amount shown during checkout.
An order may not enter fulfilment until payment has been authorised or confirmed.
Some payment methods may temporarily show:
Pending Payment
while the payment provider completes processing.
A pending payment does not necessarily mean that the payment has failed.
12. Fraud Prevention and Payment Verification
Orders may be reviewed using automated or manual fraud-prevention checks.
We may request reasonable additional verification where an order presents a legitimate fraud or security concern.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there is reasonable evidence of:
- unauthorised payment use;
- fraud;
- identity misuse;
- payment abuse;
- suspicious transaction activity.
Where an order is cancelled before fulfilment after payment was successfully captured, any appropriate refund will be processed to the original payment method.
13. Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you should receive an email acknowledging that the order was submitted.
An automated order confirmation does not always mean that we have finally accepted the order.
Our acceptance of the order occurs when the order has been successfully verified and accepted for fulfilment.
We may contact you if additional information is required.
14. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- payment cannot be authorised;
- fraud checks indicate substantial risk;
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing error;
- delivery cannot reasonably be completed;
- the order appears to violate applicable law or these Terms.
If we cannot accept an order after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.
15. Product Availability
Product availability may change quickly.
Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.
A product is not guaranteed until the order has been successfully accepted.
Certain sizes or styles may sell out during promotional periods.
16. Errors in Pricing or Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product information are accurate.
Occasionally, an obvious error may occur.
If we identify a material error before fulfilment, we may contact you and offer the option to:
- proceed at the correct price;
- select an alternative;
- cancel the affected product or order.
We will not knowingly fulfil an order at a price that is clearly the result of an obvious technical or typographical error where it would be unreasonable to expect the price to be genuine.
17. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within:
1–3 business days
Standard UK delivery after dispatch normally takes approximately:
7–15 business days
Typical total timeframe:
8–18 business days
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Full delivery terms, tracking procedures and delay information are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Online sellers must provide clear information about delivery arrangements and timing before purchase, and goods generally must be delivered within 30 days unless another timeframe has been agreed.
18. Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointment dates.
Occasional delays may result from circumstances such as:
- high carrier volumes;
- Black Friday or holiday periods;
- severe weather;
- transportation disruption;
- carrier backlogs;
- incorrect addresses;
- security checks;
- border processing;
- fulfilment disruptions.
Where an order becomes materially delayed, customers may contact us so that we can investigate and provide the appropriate resolution.
19. Ownership and Risk of Products
Risk in goods passes in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer delivery risk to a UK consumer earlier than legally permitted.
Where required by applicable law, the seller remains responsible for delivery until the goods are received by the customer or another person authorised by the customer.
20. Cancellations
Where applicable, UK customers may have the right to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery.
Customers should notify us at:
Our voluntary return period provides additional rights beyond the statutory cancellation period.
Full cancellation procedures are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
UK distance-selling rules generally require customers to be informed of their right to cancel within 14 days after delivery.
21. Returns
We provide an eligible:
30-day return period
subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should contact us before returning any product.
Because we use multiple fulfilment locations, customers must not return goods to our corporate address unless specifically instructed to do so.
The appropriate return destination will be provided after the return request has been reviewed.
22. Exchanges
Eligible exchange requests may be made within:
14 days of delivery
subject to product availability and the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another available option or an appropriate refund.
23. Refunds
Approved refunds are normally issued to the:
original payment method
used for the order.
After we issue a refund, the customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds visible.
Processing time controlled by a bank, card issuer or payment provider is outside our direct control.
24. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, contact:
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs.
We will investigate and provide a remedy consistent with applicable consumer law and our Return & Refund Policy.
Promotional pricing does not remove statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
25. Optional Partial Refund Resolution
In some circumstances, we may offer an optional partial refund that allows a customer to keep an item instead of returning it.
The customer is not required to accept such an offer.
An optional settlement only becomes effective when the customer clearly accepts it.
Declining a partial refund does not remove rights that would otherwise apply under our policies or applicable law.
26. Customer Communications
Customers are responsible for providing an active and accurate email address when placing an order.
We may use the email address provided to send:
- order confirmation;
- payment information;
- dispatch confirmation;
- tracking information;
- delivery updates;
- return information;
- customer support messages;
- other transactional communications.
Marketing communications are governed separately by our Privacy Policy and consent settings.
27. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe that:
- an order has not arrived;
- an item was incorrect;
- a refund is missing;
- a payment is incorrect;
- another order problem has occurred,
we encourage you to contact:
so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
We may maintain and provide relevant transaction evidence to payment processors, banks, card networks or dispute-resolution providers when responding to a payment dispute.
Evidence may include:
- order confirmation;
- payment status;
- IP or device information where lawfully available;
- shipping address;
- fulfilment records;
- tracking information;
- carrier delivery confirmation;
- customer communications;
- return documentation;
- refund records.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available through their payment provider or applicable law.
28. Customer Accounts
If customer accounts are available, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
You should notify us if you reasonably believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may suspend access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect the customer or the store from fraud or misuse.
29. Accuracy of Customer Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer where the delay could reasonably have been avoided by providing accurate information.
This does not remove responsibilities that remain with us under applicable law.
30. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content on the Aldren & Rowe website, including:
- branding;
- logos;
- website design;
- text;
- graphics;
- promotional materials;
- original imagery;
- product presentation;
is owned by or licensed to DJ EXPERTS GROUP LLC.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, exploit or commercially use our protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.
31. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including:
- Shopify;
- payment processors;
- delivery providers;
- analytics platforms;
- social networks;
- other service providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for independent third-party services except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
32. Prohibited Uses
You must not use our website:
- for unlawful activity;
- to commit fraud;
- to interfere with website security;
- to introduce malicious code;
- to obtain unauthorised access to systems;
- to impersonate another person;
- to exploit the website in a way that materially harms other users or the business.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or our legal rights.
33. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website accessible and functional.
However, the website may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- technical failure;
- platform outages;
- security incidents;
- events outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
34. Changes to Products or Services
We may modify or discontinue products, promotional offers or website features from time to time.
Changes do not affect orders already accepted unless reasonably necessary and agreed with the customer or permitted by law.
35. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not make guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms, our policies or required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
In particular, UK consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
36. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
We do not exclude liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer protections.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for purely indirect or unforeseeable losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
These Terms should not be interpreted as excluding rights or remedies that UK consumer law requires us to provide.
37. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by events outside our reasonable control where we have taken reasonable steps to minimise their impact.
Such events may include:
- severe weather;
- widespread carrier disruption;
- government restrictions;
- strikes;
- natural disasters;
- significant technology outages;
- other exceptional events.
We will continue to comply with any remedies required by applicable consumer law.
38. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The affected provision will be interpreted as closely as legally possible to its original purpose.
39. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we permanently waive that right.
40. Assignment
We may transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms as part of a legitimate business restructuring, sale or transfer, provided this does not reduce consumer protections.
Customers may not transfer contractual rights where doing so would materially change the obligations involved, except where permitted by law.
41. Governing Law
DJ EXPERTS GROUP LLC is organised under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the State of Florida, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply based on the customer's country of residence.
If you are a UK consumer, nothing in this clause deprives you of mandatory rights available to you under UK consumer law.
These Terms should be interpreted fairly and transparently. UK guidance states that unfair consumer contract terms cannot be enforced.
42. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
- legal requirements;
- changes to our services;
- new payment options;
- new markets;
- operational changes.
The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to orders already placed.
43. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with:
- our Return & Refund Policy;
- Shipping & Delivery Policy;
- Privacy Policy;
- Legal Notice;
- any specific terms clearly presented during checkout,
form the agreement governing purchases made through Aldren & Rowe.
